Returns and Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy allows returns within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned unless if you mistakenly ordered the wrong item

To proceed with your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase. Please avoid returning your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
(a) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
(b) Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly email you to confirm receipt of your item. You'll also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t gotten a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If your item is defective or damaged, we're here to help. Simply send us an email at info@emergingcomputers.com and return your item to Emerging Computers Limited, Market Street, Post Bank House - Ground Floor, Nairobi, 18025-00100, Kenya.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit for the return value.
Shipping
To return your item, simply ship it to: Emerging Computers Limited, Market Street, Post Bank House - Ground Floor, Nairobi, 18025-00100, Kenya.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be subtracted.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
When shipping an item over KS 10,000, it's advisable to use a track able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please note, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
