- New Laptops: Covered by a 1-year (12 months) hardware warranty from the date of purchase.
- Printers: Covered by a 1-year (12 months) hardware warranty from the date of purchase.
- Used Laptops: Covered by a 6-month limited hardware warranty from the date of purchase.
- Batteries & Chargers: Laptop batteries and power adapters have a short coverage window of 3 months due to standard wear and tear.
🏢 Manufacturer Warranty Services
- Official Brand Support: All brand-new laptops carry an official manufacturer warranty from top brands (including HP, Dell, and Lenovo).
- Authorized Service Centers: For faster resolution, defects on brand-new equipment can be diagnosed and serviced directly at any authorized brand service center across Kenya.
- Store Assistance: You can also drop off the item at our branch, and we will handle the coordination with the manufacturer's service network on your behalf.
🚫 What is Excluded
The warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. It does not cover:
- Consumables: Printer ink cartridges, toners, and paper products (which are also non-returnable).
- Software Issues: Operating system crashes, virus infections, software configurations, or lost activation keys.
- Physical Damage: Damage caused by liquid spills, drops, power surges, or unauthorized repair attempts.

Walk-In Support: You can bring your device directly to our physical shop for evaluation:
- Location: Masters Plaza, Kenyatta Avenue, Nakuru, Kenya
- Courier Support: If you are outside Nakuru, you can arrange courier delivery to our store. Our technical team or the authorized manufacturer technicians will assess the hardware within 2 to 3 business days to determine the fault.
